Marlene Dietrich

 

Marlene Dietrich has been in Real Estate Sales & Marketing since 1990.  Prior to her Real Estate career, she served on the Vice President's Staff at AT& T.  Marlene's goal is to take the stress out of selling or buying a home and instead turn it into a pleasant experience. Marlene guides her clients through each step-of-the-way with special attention to detail.  Marlene knows Orange County and can effectively represent both sellers and buyers.  Marlene is energetic and puts 100% into giving the very best personal service meeting each client's real estate needs; this is reflected in her national award winning status.  She is ranked in the top 3% Nationally.  Marlene values her clients' confidence in her, by their repeat business and personal referrals.

She is a creative "out-of-the-box" solution finder.  Her life-long passion of giving back has been exemplified by her serving as a "Candy-Striper" volunteering in the hospital.  Marlene and her husband Tony started a foundation where children who have been through catastrophic circumstances can receive support and assistance.  You can find Tony and Marlene currently giving back in the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Orange County Organization where she and Tony grant wishes for children with life threatening diseases and putting smiles on the children's precious faces!  Being involved in the local Orange County business environment allows her to network deeper with other like-minded professionals who are equally passionate to give back to the community.

Tony Massod

 

Tony Massod is Marlene's husband and Real Estate Partner.  Tony's experience in Real Estate began in 1975 as a Real Estate Investor.  Tony's forte' is getting to the bottom line in terms of evaluating property through number crunching.  Tony is tenacious in searching for the perfect property for his clients.  His patience and composure give his clients trust and assurance he will meet their Real Estate needs with experience and knowledge. 

His extended formal education and experience as a Real Estate Investor and Consultant allows him the ability to provide a seasoned perspective to the real estate needs of his clients.  He has seen several real estate market cycles over the past 30 years and therefore serves from a deep level of understanding of what can or should be done.

Tony is constantly focused on being proactive rather than re-active.  This means being strategic in all aspects of customer care.  He is known for his tenacity and desire to "get it done"!  He continues to take advantage of educational opportunities to stay sharp on his game.  He can often be found doing research and fact-finding to come to solid conclusions and solutions for his clients. 


Mike Bohinc

 

Mike is Marlene’s son and Real Estate Partner.  Mike is another valuable member of our Real Estate Team.  He is excellent with people, listens closely to what is important and zeros in on homes to fit their criteria.  Mike’s knowledge of Orange County gives him the tools required to guide his clients in the right direction in a professional manner. He can answer his client’s questions regarding schools, tax rates, communities and so much more.  No question is too much for Mike, he will get whatever additional in-depth information needed to make his client’s feel comfortable.

Mike meets and exceeds his client’s needs in every aspect of their Real Estate experience.  He is there for them personally and professionally getting them settled in their new neighborhood by going the extra mile!  Mike feels privileged to be a part of this monumental event in their lives.  He continues to stay in touch and maintain a life-long relationship with his clients, ready to help now and in the future with all their Real Estate transitions.

Meet our Support Staff

 

Micky, our Transaction Coordinator carries a tremendous amount of responsibility for facilitating the sale of your home.  From the time the contract is fully executed, Micky picks up all the pieces of the Escrow and keeps it all flowing smoothly until the successful close of escrow.  Micky’s attention to detail and organization is amazing; she is on top of creating a timeline, working with all parties involved to keep everyone and all documents in order.  Reminders are sent to alert everyone when a due date is close. Micky knows the legal requirements needed, exercises confidentiality and is very conscientious.

 

Micky’s pleasant personality makes her a wonderful person to work with and someone you can count on to get the job done!  We value Micky on our Team!

 


 

Monique Acosta is our office assistant.  She brings many talents and skills to the Team.  She is our in-house Girl Friday!  She is very professional while interacting with our clients and assists the Team to provide information to our Sellers regarding feedback from Agents showing our listings.  She makes our appointments to show homes, assists in creating our brochures, is responsible for adding media to our listings, and updates our website.  She is very detailed oriented, a self-starter, learns quickly and really enjoys a challenge.  Monique is also on top of not only scheduling our termite inspections, but meeting the Inspector at the property.  She is a computer-wiz, she handles www.realtor.com and Ewebdesk updates, maintains our Client database and our picture library.  We are very lucky to have such a valuable asset to our team and what makes it even better, it is so pleasant working with Monique! Se habla Espanol!
